Amanda Morales has been in healthcare management for well over 12 years. With experience in Neurosurgery, hospital policy and private practices. Amanda has her bachelors degree in healthcare administration and a Master degree in organizational leadership. Before Sisu she was the program manager for a non-profit organization contracted by Maryland department of health where she created SOP, training manuals, company policies and led the onboarding process for well over 100+ employees. Amanda is currently obtaining her Ph.D In Public health.
